How many times can I spin per day?
Twice — one spin during the afternoon slot and one during the evening slot.
When are the spin windows?
Afternoon: 14:30–15:00 and Evening: 20:30–21:00 (Malaysia Time, MYT).
Do I need to register a new player account to join the Free Spin?
No. However, if you register again as a new player on login.winboxmalay.com, your rewards will be prioritised after you win.
How do I claim my prize?
After winning, fill in your Winbox UID, referral code, and email within 5 minutes. Once approved, the redemption code will be sent to your email.
How do I find my referrer?
From the Me page, open Setting. Under Referrer you'll see WX***88. The nickname in parentheses is your referrer name.
① After login, tap Me at the bottom, then open Setting.
② Under Referrer you will see WX***88 nickname. Copy only the nickname inside the parentheses and paste it into the claim form.
How do I use the redemption code?
Log in to Winbox → Tap “Me” → Tap “Red Packet” → Enter the code. The code is valid for 24 hours.
Why haven't I received the red packet code in my email?
Check your spam or junk folder. Winbox players who registered on our site login.winboxmalay.com also get priority for review and reward distribution.
Why does it say “Reward Expired”?
You must submit your claim within 5 minutes of winning. After that, the prize cannot be redeemed.
Can I use multiple devices?
We will not review or issue any rewards obtained through cheating.
